For the comfort of our customers, all our rooms are equipped with cushions and synthetic duvets.

We are happy to help you with the luggage if needed. Please dial 900 (reception)
LAUNDRY
Our laundry is at your disposal from Monday to Friday.
In the cupboard you will find a laundry bag, together with a price list.
CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
From 2:00 p.m. Until 11:00 a.m.
POLISH
On request, we are happy to shine your shoes.
Polishing towels are available from reception.
SAFE
In the wardrobe of your room is a safe where you can keep your valuables. The instructions for use are as follows: enter a 4-digit code then ENTER. Same for opening it. We are not responsible for your valuables.
SEWING
We are at your disposal for various small sewing works. Information at the reception (900).
BLANKET / PILLOW
For additional blankets or pillows, please contact 900.

ELECTRICITY
The electrical outlets operate with a voltage of 230 V. A choice of adapter is available at reception, subject to a deposit of Frs. 10.-
Charging cables for your phone are also available at reception on request
To turn on the electricity in your rooms, please insert your card in the slot provided for this purpose to the left of the door.
FOVAHM
The mARTigny Boutique Hotel is an establishment of the FOVAHM (Valais Foundation for the mentally handicapped), which promotes social integration. 30 people work in the kitchen, service, floor & laundry.

TO SMOKE
The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Outside the hotel you will find an ashtray.
If you smoke in the room, we will be obliged to charge you Frs. 150.- for additional cleaning.

FIRE
Information on the escape route and what to do in the event of a fire is displayed on the door of your room.
SHAVING / SEWING / TOOTHBRUSH / INTIMATE HYGIENE KITS
These kits are available on request from reception.
BEDDING
We change your bedding every 3 days. If you wish to have them changed before, please notify the reception.

UMBRELLA
In case of rainy days, the hotel is happy to provide you with umbrellas.
A deposit of 20.- Frs. You will be asked.

External parking is available to the left of the hotel. If you wish to park your vehicle under cover, underground parking is available to you free of charge.
DRESSING GOWN
If you wish, we are happy to put a bathrobe in your room. Get in touch with the reception.
BREAKFAST
A breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant
6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends and public holidays
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The decision is yours! To preserve our environment, we only replace bath towels left on the floor. Thanks for your help.
RADIO
A radio is integrated into the television station.
RECEPTION
You can reach the reception day or night at 900.
REPAIRS
If something is broken in your room despite our daily checks, please report it to reception. We will proceed with the repair as soon as possible.
IRONING
You will find in the wardrobe an informative list of the linen that we can iron for you.
You can also ask reception by dialing 900 for the loan of an iron
RESTAURANT
Our restaurant La Cordillère welcomes you every day from
12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed
AWAKENING
On the TV set, you have the option of setting an alarm at the desired time or, alternatively, you can ask reception to wake you up by telephone.
CONFERENCE ROOM
If you would like to use one of our conference rooms, please inquire at reception or on 900
INTERNET STATION / WIRELESS NETWORK
Our establishment is fully equipped with Wireless LAN and is available to all customers free of charge. To access it, please type your username which is your room number and the password given to you when you arrived.
